Exploit the Wilds

Lands cannot be tapped for mana.
Players may put a decay counter on a land they control. If they do, they add one mana of any
color that land could produce to their mana pool.
If a land has 3 or more decay counters, exile it.
In the past, nature had ways around the deadly grasp
of society. Death, decay, and rebirth. Not anymore.
