Council's Dilemma — Starting with you, each
player votes for excavate or translate. Each
opponent returns an artifact or enchantment
from their graveyard to their hand for each time
they voted excavate. Each opponent draws a card
for each time they voted translate. You return an
artifact or enchantment card from the graveyard
to your hand for each excavate vote and draw a
card for each translate vote.
