Extinction

When Extinction enters the battlefield,
choose a creature type. Exile all creatures
with that creature type. If a creature with
that type would enter the battlefield,
counter it. The spell goes to exile instead
of the graveyard.
Plague, war, or famine- the end result is the
same.
