Extinction Level Event

For each player, destroy 3 target lands. Tap all
other lands. Until the end of your next turn
they lose all abilities and gain "{t}: Add {c}."
Extinction Level Event deals 30 damage to all
players, planeswalkers, and creatures. If a
permanent damaged by Extinction Level Event
would leave the battlefield this turn, exile it
instead.
