When a creature tries to run while wearing these
boots, they must make a STR saving throw
(DC15) to resist the effects of the boots. On a
failed save, the boots force the wearer to move
forward in a straight line for double their
movement speed and take a level of exhaustion.
Each turn the DC increases by 2. The boots
cannot be removed without remove curse.
Running keeps you healthy. But at what cost?
