Declare: Pick an enemy unit in combat with your general and roll a dice.

Effect: On a 1-4, subtract 1 from hit rolls for attacks made by that unit for the rest of the phase.
On a 5+, subtract 1 from hit rolls for attacks made by that unit for the rest of the battle.
