At the beginning of your upkeep, create two 1/1 black Eye Servant creature tokens with flying.
Whenever Eye of Cthulhu would take any amount of damage, put that many damage counters on it instead (a damage counter reduces a creature's toughness by 1). If at any point Eye of Cthulhu has 10 or more damage counters on it, remove them, then transform it.
