At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice a land. If you do, whenever a player would add any amount of mana this turn, that player adds {c} instead.
Iskalar, the Prism of the Blind Eternities, consumed and filtered mana within itself as it traversed that ever-changing landscape, creating both miracles and abominations in its wake.
