Eye of the Deep

You may exert Eye of the Deep as it attacks.
When you do, any creature trying to block Eye of
the Deep must roll a 1D20. If they roll a 10 or
bellow, they instead block a creature you choose.
The eye of the deep was an extremely rare monster
because it could only survive at a certain depth below
the sea. If they went up to too high, their inner gases
would expand inside their bodies until they exploded.
