Eye of the Horoscope

Whenever you cast a legendary spell, choose one:
• Choose a card you own in exile. You may shuffle it into your library.
• Choose left or right. Each player's life total becomes equal to the life total of the nearest player in that direction.
• Choose odd or even. Activated abilities of nonland permanents with the chosen mana cost can't be activated until the beginning of your next turn.
