Eyehole Man

Whenever a creature attacks you, that creatures controller creates an eyehole cereal token.
At the beginning of each opponents upkeep,
Eyehole Man deals 1 damage to that opponent
for each eyehole cereal token they control.
"I'm the eyeho-hole man! I'm the only one who's
