When Ezo, Unwilling Servant enters the battlefield, tap up to two target creatures target opponent controls. Put one stun counter on each of those creatures.
Whenever an opponent removes a stun counter from a permanent under their control, that player mills cards equal to that permanent's converted mana cost.
