choice as long as it has the clothing.
Laundry day - {2}{x}: Remove the clothing
from X target creature(s); tap that creature; the
creature has -0/-1 (not to reach 0) and it cannot
use its paid or activated abilities this turn. The
creature's controller may pay 3 to counter
these effects.
