Whenever a player casts a spell, they discard card
or each other player create X eldrazi scions where
X is the converted mana cost of the spell.
Whenever a player discards a card, they discard
that many cards plus 4. If they can't, exile the
top five cards of their library for each card with "Factorem" in its name and each Eldrazi each
other player controls.
