Fade to Nothing

Put X counters on Fade to Nothing. Sacrifice it if it has 0 counters.
During your upkeep, destroy target creature, it can't be regenerated, if that creature has indestructible, it loses indestructible. Then remove a counter from Fade to Nothing.
