Fading Apparition

When Fading Apparition enters the battlefield, you may tap target creature. It doesn't untap during its controller's next
untap step.
Whenever you blink Fading Apparition, put
a flying counter on it. (You blink a creature whenever remove and return that creature to the battlefield in the same turn.)
