Fading Memories

Whenever an opponent shuffles their library,
you and that opponent look at the top three
cards of opponents library.
You choose one of those cards and exile it.
Then, your opponent chooses one of the
remaining cards and puts into their hand.
Your opponent may choose to mill the
remaining card or leave it on top of their library.
