Fading Nightmare

Decay 1 (This creature enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. Whenever this creature blocks or becomes blocked, remove a +1/+1 counter from it.)
Whenever a +1/+1 counter is removed from Fading Nightmare, it gains first strike and deathtouch until end of turn.

A nightmare may not be of any consequence if
you're sleeping. However, if you're awake, well
that's another matter entirely.
