Failed Experiment

When Failed Experiment enters the battlefield, investigate.
At the beginning of your upkeep, investigate.
Whenever you sacrifice an artifact, you may put a quest counter on Failed Experiment.
If you would draw a card except for the first one you draw in each of your draw steps, put the top 8 cards of your library into your graveyard.
If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it and Failed Experiment has 4 or more quest counters on it, you win the game instead.
