Fair Game

If you control any number of creatures,
whenever an opponent plays a creature
spell with a converted mana cost greater
than that of the creature with the highest
converted mana cost you control, that
opponent may pay an additional {2}. If they
don't, they take damage equal to that
creature's converted mana cost.
