Fairly Underwhelming Hack

Change the text of target instant or sorcery by replacing all instances of "Exile" or "Destroy" with "Target." (The spell's controller must then choose target(s). There is no effect on the targeted permanents or spells, unless an ability would trigger on them becoming targeted.)
