Whenever this creature enters the battlefield or transforms into Fairuza Balk, put two +1/+1
counters on up to one target human and two
-1/-1 counters on up to one target non-human creature. This effect cannot target Fairuza Balk.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if you control
more cats than humans, transform Fairuza Balk.
To go on two legs is very hard. Perhaps four is better,
anyway.
