Fairy Trunk

When Fairy Trunk enters the battlefield, you
may pay {b}{b}. If you do, each player discards a
card.
Whenever a player discards a card, exile it with a
Chest Counter on it. You may cast spells exiled
with Chest Counters as long as Fairy Trunk is on
the battlefield, and spend mana as if it were mana
of any color to cast these spells.
