Fako, Complaint Lord

Whenever Fako, a permanent you control, a card in your graveyard, or a card in your library becomes the target of a spell or ability your opponents control, Fako complains for 10 minutes straight and deals 10 damage to each opponent.
If a spell or ability an opponent controls targets you or a permanent you control while you control Fako, you and permanents you control gain Hexproof for the rest of the game.
