Fal-Tugor, Annihilator

Flying, Trample, Haste
When Fal-Tugor, Annihilator enters the battlefield, destroy all non-demon creatures.
For each creature that would be destroyed this
way, flip a coin. If the result is heads,
deal damage to that creature's controller equal to
its power. If the result is tails, put a +1/+1 counter
on Fal-Tugor, Annihilator and regenerate that creature.
