Fall of the Feline Meteor

When Fall of the Feline Meteor enters the battlefield, put a feline counter on each non-Cat creatures in play. Those creatures becomes Cat
in addition to its other types.
Creatures with feline counter on them can't
attack or block.
When Fall of the Feline Meteor would leave the battlefield, destroy each non-Cat creature
without a feline counter on them in play.
