Fall Through Time

For each nonland permanent each player owns,
that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the
top of their library until they exile one that
shares a card type. They then cast that card
without paying its mana cost.
Shuffle all cards exiled with Fall Through Time
into their owner's libraries.
