Fandom's Wrath

As an additional cost to cast this spell, exile any
number of target permanents you control.
For each opponent, search through his or her
library and exile X target cards that aren't basic
lands either in that library or on the battlefield,
where X is the total converted mana cost of the
cards you exiled to cast this spell. Then, exile all
other cards with the same name as the cards you
exiled that your opponent owns.
