As an additional cost to cast Fanning the Foes,
you may sacrifice any number of artifacts you
control.
Fanning the Foes deals 2 damage to target
creature or planeswalker.
You may copy Fanning the Foes up to X times,
where X is the number of artifacts you sacrificed
to pay for Fanning the Foes. You may choose
new targets for the copies.
