Fantastic, Theoretical Expert

When Fantastic enters the battlefield, search your
library for an artifact or power plant card, reveal it,
put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice
an artifact. If you do, each player loses life equal to
the amount of {e} you have.
