Farewell Memories

During your upkeep, if a soulbound creature you controlled is no longer on the battlefield, and the paired creature is on the battlefield, add a memory counter to Farewell Memories.
Remove a memory counter: Target creature that was soulbound gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Remove two memory counters: Regenerate target creature that was soulbound.
