Partner with Farseer Falcon (When this creature
enters the battlefield, target player may put Farseer
Falcon into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
When Farseeker Druid enters the battlefield,
search your library for a basic land, reveal it, and
put it into your hand. Shuffle your library. If you control a creature named Farseer Falcon, put
that land onto the battlefield instead.
