Fate Destroyer

Fate Destroyer enters the battlefield tapped and
does not untap during its controller's untap phase.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell that is not
a creature card, create a blue and red Weird
creature token that says "Weird creatures get
+1/+1 for each noncreature card in your
graveyard." Then exile that spell and draw a card.
Creature spells you cast count as noncreature
spells.
