Each player chooses Prison or Anthem.
Each player who chose Prison creates a token enchantment that says "Creatures can't attack
you unless their controller pays {2} for each
creature they control that's attacking you."
Each player who chose Anthem creates a token enchantment that says "Creatures you
control get +1/+1."
