Fatebond

At the beginning of each upkeep, choose two target players. If the first has 7 or less life, 7 or fewer cards in his or her library, or 7 or more counters of any type, the second's life total becomes equal to that of the first. Then, the second exiles cards from the top of his or her library until he or she has the same number of cards or fewer than the first. Then, the second receives or loses a number of counters of the same types until his or her totals are equal to the first's.
