Fate's Hand
When Fate's Hand enters, attach it to target commander you control.
Equipped creature has Ward - {x}, where X is the number of Loss counters you have.
Fate Strikes at Twelve - Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, put a Fate counter on Fate's hand. Then if there are twelve or more Fate counters on it, remove them and target opponent loses the game.
