Father and Daughter

Can only be played if the owner controls both
Geralt of Rivia and Ciri of Elder Blood.
If Geralt of Rivia or Ciri of Elder Blood are
removed from the battlefield, Father and
Daughter is exiled. This is the only way for
it to be removed from the battlefield.
{t}: Put two +1/+1 counters on Geralt of Rivia
and Ciri of Elder Blood each.
