Favor of the Emperor

If you would lose a clash, you may instead choose
to clash again with that same opponent. If you
lose, you lose 2 life and put a regret counter on
Favor of the Emperor. If you win, you gain 1 life,
add {1} to your mana pool, and remove a regret
counter from Favor of the Emperor.
If Favor of the Emperor has 4 or more regret
counters on it, remove all regret counters from it
and the player to your left gains control of it.
