When Fblthp, Once and For All enters the battlefield, you may put two homunculus from your hand into your library. If you do so this way, shuffle Fblthp, Once and For All into it's owners library.
You cannot search for cards or use search abilities that access your library as long as Fblthp, Once and For All is your commander.
Whenever you draw Fblthp, Once and For All, you win the game.
