Upon fear being put on a creature tap it. A feared creature can't untap. At your upkeep step if a creature you control has been feared for at least 3 turns destroy fear.
{2} Destroy fear. Do this only at sorcery speed.

{b} Destroy fear you may do this at instant speed.
