Your opponents play with the cards from their hand
and the top of their library revealed.

Every time an opponent casts a spell that has been revealed they lose life equal to the cost of that spell,
if it's the second time this effect is triggered during a
turn you create a treasure token and if it's the third
time that opponent also discards a card from the
hand, if they can't then you draw a card.
