Fearless Fred Fury

When Fearless Fred Fury enters the battlefield put a fury counter on each opponent.

At the end of each opponents attack phase,
for each creature that didn’t attack put a fury counter on that player.

When Fearless Fred Fury attacks the player
with the most fury counters, that player removes all
of their fury counters and loses that much life
