Feast of Famine

During each players upkeep, that player must sacrifice a creature. If they can't, sacrifice Feast of Famine.
If Feast of Famine is in your graveyard, creatures enter the battlefield tapped, and, whenever a creature becomes untapped,
it's controller loses 1 life.
