Feast with Kings

At the beginning of each end step, if a
player gained 3 or more life this turn, that player may pay {3} and exile Feast with Kings.
If they do, they may put a land from their
hand onto the battlefield, draw 2 cards, and
put three +1/+1 counters on any number of target creatures.
