When Feathers enter the battlefield put 2 feather counters on a creature an enemy controls.
{t} Put a feather token on creature an enemy controls
{t}{3} Remove all feather counters, for each counter removed do 1 damage to creature, if 3 or more counters where removed on a creature this way, it cannot attack this turn.
