Hexproof from players with Wanted counters
At the end of each turn, if a player dealt damage
to you by a source they controlled this turn, you
may reveal Felix from your hand or from the
command zone, if you do, that player gets a
Wanted counter unless they pay {3}.
When Felix attacks, you may remove a Wanted
counter from defending player, if you do, Felix
gets +4/+4 until end of turn.
