Fen, Cultural Envoy enters the battlefield with
two travel counters.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, they may
pay {1}. If they do, untap Fen, Cultural Envoy and
that player gains control of him.
{2}, Remove a travel counter from Fen, Cultural
Envoy: Draw a card. Activate only if Fen, Cultural Envoy is untapped.

Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
