Put an imperial counter on target creature. As
long as that creature has an imperial counter on
it, it is legendary and can't die. (If it would be destroyed, it isn't. It isn't put into a graveyard due to
taking lethal damage or due to having 0 or less
toughness. It can't be sacrificed.)
