When Fenric, God of Chaos is on the battlefield
or in exile you may spend mana as though it
were any colour to cast a spell.
{2}{u}: Reveal the top card of target player's library
until you reveal an instant or sorcery. Exile that
card and put all other cards revealed this way to
the bottom of their owner's library in a random
order. You may cast the spell exiled this way until
Fenric, God of Chaos leaves the battlefield.
When Fenric, god of Chaos is put into the graveyard, exile it instead.
