Feral Domination

At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
that player puts 2 +1+1 counter son target creature they control.
Remove a +1+1 counter from a creature you control: Target creature gets +3+3 until end
of turn.
If two creatures vie for the top of the food chain, their battles reduce them both to the bottom.
